S-Belts are woven from round wire and are available with selvedges. The precision method of weaving ensures the belt will track straight. Fine mesh options provide exceptional support for gelatin dryers. The flatness of the S-Belt panel ensures that the gelatin will spread evenly over the belt to create better airflow, resulting in less product waste and reduced breakage. The belt’s light weight design also reduces heat absorption. The durable mesh design makes S-Belts easy to clean – which, in turn, reduces maintenance and sanitation costs.
S-Belts are chain mounted and driven by sprockets. Belts are available in a range of pitches to match imperial or metric sizes.

Eye-Link Belts are extremely durable and designed to uniformly distribute tension across the belt width. Options include cross flights, side plates, chain edges, and additional bar links. To meet customer specifications, Eye-Link Belts can be fitted either with rows of bar links at the edges or commercial hollow pin roller chains. Sprockets or cage rollers engage the entire belt width, equally delivers tension load and improves belt life.
Eye-Link Belts are positively driven with sprockets situated across the full width of the belt. For wide belts, the use of cage rollers is recommended, based on the maximum calculated deflection of the roller.
