ASHWORTH FACTORY SERVICE (AFS) offers a full range of engineering services and solutions for Lotension Spiral, Baking Band, and Self-Stacking conveyor belt systems, ranging from troubleshooting to a complete spiral system overhaul. Our 24/7/365 on-call experts provide our customers peace of mind with decades of experience, quality workmanship, and comprehensive systems support.

AFS is affiliated with ASHWORTH BROS., INC., and we are seeking a FIELD SERVICE SITE SUPERVISOR, who will be responsible for performing industrial machine repairs and/or mechanical maintenance at customer sites located across the United States with intermittent international travel. Candidates must reside within a 2 hour drive from an international airport.

Candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid millwright skill set.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working maintenance with industrial processing machines.
• Understanding of rigging and welding stainless steel is a real plus.
• Ability to supervise up to 10 people, and communicate effectively with a wide audience to include customer management and shop level personnel.
• Be willing to travel extensively at 70%-90% of the time.
